Are home buyers charged to send or receive texts?
Big Fish Media will never charge your clients or home buyers to use the service. They may pay a fee from their mobile carrier depending on how many text messages they are allowed to send as part of their monthly plan, but most people have more than enough credits.
How many of my listings can I use this with?
Each account allows one Realtor® to create mobile IDs for all of the properties he or she has listed.
How do I edit, delete or add mobile listings?
There are two options, you could purchase an account management add-on and we will manage (add/delete) your listings for you...or you could add them yourself as you sign on a new client...it would take less than two minutes per listing and is as simple as filling out a couple lines on a form: mobile ID for the home, 138 character text message to be sent to the customer and what email address (or mobile phone number) you'd like notified when someone uses the service.
